The Chamber of Deputies has plenary, at 16h, to consider and vote matters. The first project under consideration is establishing a social fund with resources from the pre-salt (subsalt).
The bill stipulates that resources should be allocated to a fund to finance programs to combat poverty, confronting climate change and development of education, culture, public health, science and technology.
Another item that lawmakers should consider is an amendment to the bill that requires the sharing scheme that distributes the royalties among the states, without giving local producers. Also missing from voting the bill (PL) 5941/09 to enable the Union to sell to Petrobras (Bovespa: PETR3/PETR4, NYSE: PBR / PBRA, Latibex: XPBR / XPBRA, BCBA: APBR / APBRA), without bidding, the right to operate up to 5 billion barrels of oil in the area of pre-salt (subsalt).
