Brazilian Minister of Institutional Relations, Alexandre Padilha, announced today (14) that there was no kind of uneasiness between the government and the PMDB because of statements made by President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva.

Last week, Lula has proposed that the name of the candidate for vice-president of Dilma Rousseff was chosen from a list of three names to be displayed by the PMDB. Padilha said, the party continues to show willing to help the government in dealing with projects about exploration of the pre-salt layer.

Padilha said that the text about the regulatory framework of the pre-salt will be voted by the full House before the end of the current legislature.

"The President of the House has fulfilled its commitment to overcome the stage of the committees until the 10th of November," said the minister. "

The opposition was not fulfilled, which blocked the agenda for three weeks. "

The expectation of government is to vote on the projects of the Social Fund and the capitalization of Petrobras still at the beginning of next year.

"If necessary, we will ask the Senate to urgency that these projects be voted in the first half of 2010."
