The president of Petrobras (Bovespa: PETR3/PETR4, NYSE: PBR / PBRA, Latibex: XPBR / XPBRA, BCBA: APBR / APBRA), José Sergio Gabrieli said yesterday (4 / 02) that the delay of Congress vote on the bills of the regulatory framework of the pre-salt layer indirectly influences the company's investments
He said there is a schedule that has the approval of the project funded the company to be touched. "But if it is not approved in the first half, we have to readjust," said Gabrielli.
He also reaffirmed that there is a difference of interpretation between Petrobras and the Court of Audit (TCU) on the irregularities found in four states in the company's projects. According to Gabrielli, Congress has power to vote the president's veto. He said that pending the outcome of that vote.
