The full House may vote today (9) the project on the basis of sharing and distribution of oil royalties from the pre-salt (sub-salt). The session is scheduled for 16h.
To complete the analysis of this project, members need to vote an appeal against the decision of the mayor, Michel Temer, not to admit amendment tabled by Humberto Souto (PPS-MG) and Ibsen Pinheiro (PMDB-RS) for lack of signatures support. The amendment provides that the royalties and special participation by the operation of oil (the pre-salt or not) are distributed according to the criteria of equity funds for states (FPE) and municipalities (FPM).
