The Chairman of the House of Deputies of Brazil, Michel Temer (PMDB-SP), said he intends to put to a vote the projects dealing with oil exploration in the pre-salt (subsalt), but do not believe that the voting is completed before the carnival.
Michel Temer also said will not expect the Supreme Court decision as the appeal by Mr Eduardo Cunha (PMDB-RJ) to the Board does not act on the amendment that deals about royalties of the pre-salt. He said he intends to include the subject matter, regardless of the Supreme Court decision.
