A special committee of the House of Representatives on the creation of Petro-Sal adopted today (4 / 11) the report of Mr Luiz Fernando Faria (PP-MG). Six of the highlights were rejected or not entered into voting by absence of the author.
The session was suspended when was voted the last highlight (proposed amendment to the text of the report) so that Members participate on the Agenda of the plenary. The parliament must vote to resume today.
The bill (5939/09) should go to vote on the 10/11, as agreed by the chair of the Board and the Executive. The other pre-salt projects(sharing scheme, funded by Petrobras and the creation of the Social Fund) should begin to be voted on the same day.
