Well 9-BRSA-716-RJS (code of ANP - Brazilian National Petroleum Agency), 9-RJS-660 in the nomenclature of Petrobras, which is the operator.
Well within the area of Block BM-S-11, operated by Petrobras (SAO:PETR3, SAO:PETR4, NYSE:PBR, NYSE:PBRA), which holds 65% of the concession, BG Group (LON:BG, OTC:BRGYY, PINK:BRGXF) with 25% and Galp Energia (ELI:GALP, PINK:GLPEF, PINK:GLPEY, LI:0B67, ETR:GZ5) with the remaining 10%.
This well is located in the Lula field (formerly known as Tupi), in Block BM-S-11, in the Santos Basin, within the area of coast belonging to the state of Rio de Janeiro.
The FPSO Cidade de Angra dos Reis was responsible for the production on this well during the period until Oct/2010 to Ago/2011 ninterrupted. From Jan/10 to Sep/10 this well was not production. It was the well with the highest production among all of Brazil in the period from Mai/11 to Ago/11 (latest data available).
